Youth4AChange

The Younth4AChange Program offers leadership training and vocational mentoring related to sustainability to selected young people as part of a council based E4AC program.

Young people 16-24 years are matched with vocational mentors for co-learning conversations on sustainability as it relates to their passion and chosen fields of study, trade or profession. The young people, all from the same council area or bioregion, explore what it means to be leaders who are geared to sustainability and learning for change in their schools, communities and workplaces. A 3-4 day experiential leadership retreat continues their formation as agents of change.
